What is the difference between the business address and the registered and tax address?
The business address (€20/month) lets you use our address on your website, cards, stationery and invoices, but it is not an official address. The registered and tax address (€35/month) is your company’s official seat: the one on file with the Commercial Registry and the tax authorities, and where official notifications are received.
What happens to my mail and parcels?
Our reception receives and keeps them and notifies you the moment something arrives, with special attention to urgent, registered or official mail. Pick them up whenever suits you, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00.
Can I meet clients at the address?
Yes. The registered and tax address includes 2 hours of boardroom use per year. If you need more, you can rent any of our three meeting rooms by the hour.
Can I add the phone line and call answering later?
Yes. You can start with just the address and add the phone line and call-answering plan whenever you need them, or change plan as your call volume grows.
What if I need an office later on?
