Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this page exclude VAT.
What exactly does the office fee include?
The private lockable space, furniture, 600/600 fibre, electricity, air conditioning, cleaning, maintenance, reception service, mail and parcel reception, free use of the express rooms and phone booth, and 4 hours of meeting room per month. No separate utility charges.
Can I book more meeting-room hours?
Yes. Hours beyond those included in your plan are booked separately. Just ask at reception.
What is the difference between the business address and the registered address?
The business address (€20/month) lets you use our address on your website, cards and communications, but it is not an official address. The registered and tax address (€35/month) is your company’s official seat: the one on file with the Commercial Registry and the tax authorities.
Can I start with a private office and move to a bigger one?
Yes. It’s the most common path: start in a 1–2 person office and, when the team grows, move to a team office in the same building, with no relocation or change of address.
